What is a face without a good brow? A good face beats start with the Brow which is the best weapon in your beauty arsenal. Been looking for a brow pencil or definer that is oil-free cos the one I use has little oil then I started reading peoples review on H & E waterproof eyebrow definer.
So I opted for it. This is one of the best eyebrow definer that I’ve used.

Hegai & Esther eyebrow definer glides smoothly on the eyebrow giving a vibrant satin finish. It is waterproof, smudge-proof, and safe to use on the water line. Use brush to pick and apply.

Here are my thoughts on the H & E eyebrow definer.

It comes in a white box a small angle brush with a very soft bristles comes with a cap.  The brush gives a smooth, easy and defined application.
