EASY STEPS TO BEAUTIFUL MAKEUP

Beautiful Makeup is easy to achieve! Everyone deserves to look beautiful! The following steps can be incorporated into your morning routine. 

Step one: Cleanse and Moisturizer

* Makeup always looks best on clean, dewy skin. Gently apply an alcohol-free toner to wipe the face, then pat on your moisturizer and/ or primer of choice, allow settling.

Step Two: Crème to powder Foundation

* Determine best shade of foundation for your colouring either warm or cool and your tone; light, medium or deep.

* For full coverage: use to apply a base from the middle of the face working outward in a starburst type fashion.

Step Three: Translucent Powder

* Apply powder to “set” foundation and concealer also use to blend and tone down colour.

* Wear powder alone as a base with a bit of concealer if desired.

Step Four: Blush

* Place gentle hint of colour where the sun would hit the face…top of cheeks.

* Place two fingers along the side of your nose… your blush should be no closer than that. 

Step Five: Eyebrow Colour

* Use an appropriate natural-tone eye shadow or eye pencil colour to fill in and define eyebrows.

* Apply Eyebrow fix to brush and set brows in place.

* Use a concealer that is a shade or two lighter than your skin tone to highlight the brow

Step Six: Eye colour base

* For a classic eye: Apply a light toned eye shadow over entire lid.

Step Seven: Eye Colour Contour

* For a classic eye:  Apply the deepest toned Eye shadow as a contour. Make a sideways “V” in the outer corner of the eye. Use an upward lift at the corner to bring out the shape of the eyes. Blend well.

Step Eight:  Brow Bone Colour

* Apply a light colour to the brow bone, it is best applied with a matte shadow in a pale skintone shade. 

Step Nine: Defining Pencil

* Take your eyeliner pencil and start lining from the outer corner of your eye inward. Smudge the pencil across, keeping close to the lash line.

* For a classic eye: Line the entire top lid. Line the bottom lid Mid-way or to pupil.

Step Ten:  Mascara

Apply to darken and define eyelashes.

Step Eleven:  Lip Liner Pencil

* Pencil in the “V” or Cupid’s bow of top lip. Connect to corners of mouth.

* Pencil in a little “smile” on bottom lip and connect to corners.

Step Twelve: Lipstick

* Fill in lips with desired lipstick
